Job Summary:
As a service advisor assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the Service Advisor and provide outstanding customer service every day!
· Answering incoming calls
· Proving customers with status updates
· Appointment setting
· Making outbound customer-service calls
· Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager / supporting the Service Advisors
