Service Advisor at Busy Toyota Dealership

• Toyota/Lexus experience preferred


• Previous Advisor, Dealership experience required


• Experience working in teams preferred


• MUST be proficient using a computer


• MUST have strong organizational and time management skills


• MUST have strong customer service and communication skills


• MUST have valid IL drivers license, at least 3 years of driving experience, and pass a background check before starting in this role

• Utilize walk around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport


• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers


• Make suggestions to customers for recommended services based on customer's vehicle condition and mileage


• Conduct timely vehicle status updates and post-repair follow up - phone calls and emails/texts to customers


• Resolve customer complaints
