As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, managing their entire service experience from initial greeting through final checkout while identifying and presenting repair and maintenance solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management - Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and guide them through our service process with professionalism and empathy
• Technical Communication - Translate complex automotive issues into clear, understandable terms for customers
• Sales & Service Coordination - Present repair recommendations, explain benefits, and help customers make informed decisions about their vehicle needs
• Process Management - Coordinate with technicians, track repair progress, and ensure timely communication with customers throughout the service process
• Administrative Duties - Prepare accurate estimates, manage appointments, process payments, and maintain detailed service records
• Follow-up Excellence - Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience
• Strong automotive knowledge
