What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls for recalls, past-due services, and declined work


• Handle customer payments and repair orders


• Manage our loaner vehicle fleet


• Answer phones, direct customers, and follow up promptly


• Support managers with clerical duties and customer assistance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and computer skills


• Previous customer service experience preferred


• Team player with a professional appearance


• Must be 18+ and available Monday–Friday (some Saturdays)


• Must pass a background check and drug screening
