Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the repair process

  
  


• 
  

  Manage repair order paperwork and ensure accurate documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Field incoming service-related phone calls

  
  


• 
  

  Problem-solve independently and collaboratively

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and team members

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  1–2 years of automotive service writing experience (CDJR experience strongly preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

  
  


• 
  

  Tekion (DMS) experience a plus

  
  

Schedule:

• 
  

  Monday – Friday

  
  


• 
  

  Weekends as needed

  
  


• 
  

  8-hour daytime shifts

  
  

Must reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Torrance, CA 90503.
