Responsibilities:

Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving 

Using a dealer management system to efficiently manage processes

Creating customer loyalty with attention to detail and great service

Requirements

Experience required - at least 1 year service advisor experience in a Dealership 

Experience with DMS - CDK preferred

Genuine desire to help others

Computer proficiency (must be able to adapt to new systems & processes)

Commitment to providing memorable customer experiences  

Valid driver's license and good driving record 

High school diploma or equivalent
