Job Description - Service Advisor Express Lane



Prestige Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Express Lane with a working knowledge of our brands, and the desire to succeed in a team based environment. 


We are looking for someone with a sound foundation of professionalism, who is extremely well organized and able to handle a high energy workload, able to remain calm under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must have 1-3 years Dealership experience with Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep products  

  • Proficiency managing high levels of service agreement related work orders  

  • Must be proficient with DealerTrack, Xtime, Google Sheets, Office, etc. 

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prioritize Integrity and Customer Satisfaction

  • A desire for a long term career with a growing organization

  • Personal and professional Honesty

  • Have a valid driver’s license


 


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Greet customers promptly, in person and on on the phone 

  • Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately, every time

  • Clearly record all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer accurately, every time

  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts, determine method of payment 

  • Establish timelines, setting yourself and the customer up for success

  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the service, and update customers frequently

  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order, and that keys are located before customer is called to come pick up 

  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers, make sure all paperwork is clean and in order
