Service Advisor - Georgetown Infiniti

Georgetown Infiniti is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team of talented professionals!

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and automotive technicians, managing vehicle service needs, customer communication and repair coordination.

Duties/Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: 

• Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and gather detailed information about issues or maintenance needs.


• Translate customer-reported problems into accurate repair orders for technicians, including any special instructions.


• Recommend maintenance services, warranty options, and additional repairs when appropriate, contributing to dealership revenue.
  


• Provide clear estimates for parts and labor, explain repair options, and obtain customer approval before work begins.


• Schedule service appointments, prioritize required services, and coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely completion.


• Keep customers informed about repair progress, delays, or additional findings, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
  


• Conduct quality control checks, process invoices, and explain completed work and charges to customers.


• Follow up with clients about surveys.
  

Required Skills/Abilities 

• Familiarity with dealership software Reynolds and Reynolds preferred


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to ensure a positive customer experience


• Ability to manage multiple service orders, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently


• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, repair processes, and maintenance requirements


• 1–3 years in service writing or automotive customer service


• a valid driver’s license
