Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.


• Advise customers on vehicle service needs, providing accurate estimates and recommendations.


• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.


• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes to the service schedule.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE FORD EXPERIENCE


• Previous experience as a service advisor or in an automotive service-related role preferred.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.


• A team player with a strong desire for long-term career growth.
