Job Description - Service Advisor (Mobile)



Service Advisor


Duval Ford is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll greet customers, manage service appointments, prepare repair orders, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to exceptional CSI performance.

Responsibilities



  • Greet customers promptly and professionally; gather and document vehicle information

  • Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service flow

  • Accurately write repair orders and clearly document customer concerns

  • Conduct or coordinate test drives to verify issues when needed

  • Review service history and inspect vehicles to recommend additional maintenance

  • Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance requirements

  • Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts

  • Communicate effectively with technicians, parts department, and other internal teams

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Uphold Duval Motor Company’s service standards and brand reputation


Requirements



  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: background check, MVR check, and drug test

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Completion of Form I-9 and required documentation within 3 business days of hire


Qualifications




  • 2–4 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)


  • Proven record of strong CSI performance

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Enthusiastic and customer-service-driven mindset
