Service Advisor - Night shift (9:30am-6:30pm)

The Service Advisor keeps communication flowing between our technicians and customers, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently and transparently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain service dispatch system and repair flow


• Deliver clear communication to customers about repair timelines


• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction


• Support technicians with accurate repair order documentation

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organization skills


• Experience in service writing or dispatch preferred


• Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
