If you’ve succeeded in commission-based retail and want a real shot at $100,000+ income, this role is built for you.
We’re looking for proven retail sellers who know how to build value, earn trust, and close — not order-takers.
$100K+ income potential for advisors who can sell ethically and consistently
Established service traffic — you’re not cold-hunting customers
Clear pay plan that rewards production, not seniority

Greet customers and guide them through service decisions
Recommend maintenance and repair based on need, not pressure
Write service tickets clearly and confidently
Build trust, explain value, and close approved work
Communicate between customer, technicians, and parts
Manage follow-up and warranty work correctly
If you’ve sold phones, furniture, mattresses, appliances, cars, or services — you already have the core skill set.
Have commission retail experience (preferred)
Like controlling your own paycheck
Are confident explaining value face-to-face
Can stay organized and communicate clearly
