Riverside Ford of Tulsa is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team! One of our current advisors has given notice, and we’re looking to fill this position as soon as possible with a strong, customer-focused professional.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Experienced in the Service Advisor role — ideally in a dealership or high-volume service center
• Proficient with Auto Integrate, including submitting and managing repair requests
• Comfortable handling warranty claims, including obtaining approvals and communicating with warranty companies
• Familiar with Reynolds Ignite (our current DMS platform)
• Able to work rotating Saturdays as part of our service team schedule
• A clear communicator who takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document service needs
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage, explaining provisions and exclusions
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and recommended repairs
• Develop cost estimates and review with customers for approval
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Close repair orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Maintain a professional and organized service drive environment
