Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.


• Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow efficiently.


• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues.


• Provide clear service estimates and explain recommended repairs or maintenance.


• Act as a liaison between technicians and customers to ensure timely and accurate communication.


• Review completed work and invoice with the customer upon pick-up.


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.


• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.


• Maintain knowledge of Ford products, recalls, and service bulletins.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic automotive knowledge; Ford experience is a plus.


• Proficiency with service scheduling software (Reynolds & Reynolds).


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
