Joyce Koons Honda, one of the top Northern Virginia dealerships, is seeking Full-time Service Advisor Trainees. We are a progressive, customer-focused automotive retailer and service center located in Manassas, Virginia. We are experiencing growth in our service business; therefore, we are looking for candidates that are ready to learn.

The Service Advisor Trainee is responsible for assisting customers with their automotive service needs. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting Service Advisors and communicating with technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their automotive service needs


• Assist Service Advisors with customers


• Communicating with technicians


• Provide excellent customer service


• Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Self-Motivated


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Excellent communications skills – written and verbal


• Attention to Detail


• Prior automotive background experience is preferred but not required.


• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.


• Must pass drug screen and background check
