Greet customers promptly with professionalism and warmth
Gather and record detailed customer and vehicle information
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the service process
Accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Set and communicate clear follow-up expectations
Monitor repair progress and proactively update customers
Review completed work and clearly explain all charges
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Ability to accurately assess and respond to customer needs
