Service Agreement Consultant

Residential Elevators is seeking a Service Agreement Consultant to join our Service team working out of the corporate headquarters in Tallahassee, FL.

No cold calling. Warm customers who already trust us. Uncapped commission.

We keep thousands of home elevators running safely, and thousands of those owners have never once been offered a service plan. So, this is not a cold-calling job. It is a phone full of people who already know us, already rely on us, and simply have not been asked. If you can hold a real conversation and ask for the sale, the hard part here is already done for you.

This is a brand-new role.

Why you'll want this seat

• No cold calling. Every lead is an existing customer who already owns our product.
• Uncapped commission. You earn 3% on every new agreement you sell, plus a stable base. Sell more, earn more, no ceiling.
• A greenfield you own. Thousands of untapped customers and a fresh seat. You are first in, not fifth.
• Recession-resistant. Elevators need service in any economy, so the work, and the paycheck, hold steady.

What you'll do

• Call warm leads and existing customers, show them why a service agreement is worth it, and close the sale.
• Set customers up on simple auto-renewal so their coverage never lapses.
• Check in with current agreement holders at renewal and keep them with us.
• Run your own pipeline in the CRM and hit a steady, growing monthly pace.

What you'll earn

• Base salary of $45,000–$50,000, paid whether or not you sell.
• Uncapped 3% commission on every net-new agreement you close.

There is no relocation package associated with this position. Only those candidates in Leon and Wakulla counties in FL , as well as Grady and Thomas counties in Georgia will be considered.
