Service and Delivery / Porter

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky is hiring Drivers and Porters for Seasonal, Full-time, and Part-time positions with flexible schedules. If you enjoy making people happy, this could be the job for you. Duties include keeping the drive-thru clear, picking up and delivering vehicles for service, and returning them to customers.

$12.00 to $15.00 Per Hr (experience-based)

Flexible Hours Available, (Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Keep service drive clear; park vehicles.
• Hanging keys in the appropriate area.
• Clean service drive as needed.
• Pick up vehicles from customers.
• Return vehicles to customers; explain service and recommendations.
• Provide professional, excellent service.
• Record pickups, deliveries, mileage, feedback.
• Ensure safe operation; report issues.
• Work with team to manage schedule and requests.
• Uphold quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Driving experience, customer service a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and prioritize.
• Auto service knowledge a plus.
• Drug-free workplace.
