Service and Parts Manager

As the Service and Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service and parts department. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department and to provide our customers with an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service and parts department

- Hire, train, and supervise service technicians, advisors, and parts staff

- Develop and implement strategies to increase department revenue and profitability

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality service

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to staff

- Monitor department expenses and ensure they stay within budget

- Create and maintain schedules for service technicians and parts staff

- Ensure all service and parts orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner

- Collaborate with the sales department to promote and sell additional services and products to customers

- Maintain a clean and organized service and parts department

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other computer systems

- Strong knowledge of service and parts operations and procedures

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
