Service and Sales Representative

Job Summary: Join our team as a Service and Sales Representative, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining relationships with our clients, including restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and schools. In this role, you will provide preventive maintenance on leased commercial dishwashers, restock essential cleaning products, collect payments, and offer upsell opportunities to enhance customer sanitation solutions. You'll represent our brand by delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction with every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on commercial dishwashers, keeping leased equipment in optimal working condition.


• Restock cleaning solutions and products at each visit, monitoring inventory to ensure clients have what they need.


• Educate clients on our cleaning and disinfecting products, offering upsells that improve their overall service and sanitation experience.


• Collect payments and maintain accurate records of service and sales.


• Build and sustain positive client relationships, addressing any concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.


• Communicate regularly with the team regarding client feedback, inventory, and service needs.


• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation every 4 weeks to provide reliable customer support.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in route driving, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.


• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable performing basic maintenance and minor repairs on commercial equipment.


• Sales Skills: Background in sales or upselling is a plus, with the ability to identify client needs and suggest relevant products.


• Independence: Ability to manage your route independently, delivering consistent and quality service.


• On-Call Flexibility: Availability for an on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
