Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain prompt and accurate processing of all warranty claims


• Assist in continuous improvement/revision of new processes/procedures to ensure overall company policies and legal responsibilities are safe guarded


• Work with service management to deal with all matters relating to warranty


• Processing Purchase Order


• Handling/Reconciling Cash Deposits
