Germain Land Rover North Hill - Service and Warranty Administrator - Wexford, PA

• Full-time Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm


• $15-$17 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Submit claims to manufacturers for reimbursement


• Work with technicians to ensure claims are compliant


• Keep the customers up to date on the status of their vehicle


• Process payments when service is complete


• Assist with warranty claims/File repair orders as they are closed

Qualifications:

• No previous automotive experience required 


• About to work independently


• Excellent organization, attention to detail and multi-taking skills 


• Prompt and courteous demeanor


• Positive and hardworking personality


• Strong computer skills
