About Us


Classic Toyota of Henderson is a trusted and award-winning Toyota dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team and serve as the first point of contact for customers scheduling vehicle service.


Job Summary


The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound service calls, scheduling repair and maintenance appointments, managing the service appointment calendar, and ensuring customers receive a smooth and professional experience from the moment they contact the dealership.


Key Responsibilities




  • Answer incoming calls and online inquiries related to service scheduling.




  • Schedule appointments efficiently based on technician availability and shop capacity.




  • Confirm and update customer information in the CRM/DMS (e.g., CDK, Eleads)




  • Provide accurate information about recommended maintenance, recall notices, and service processes.




  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and declined service opportunities.




  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care.




  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts staff as needed.




  • Help manage service drive flow by monitoring appointment volume.




  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.




Qualifications


Required:




  • High school diploma or equivalent




  • Experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or automotive environment




  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills




  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment




  • Computer proficiency and comfort with scheduling systems




Preferred:




  • Previous dealership or automotive service experience




  • Familiarity with Toyota products, services, and maintenance schedules




  • Knowledge of CRM/DMS platforms (e.g.,  CDK, Eleads)
