Job Description - Service Appointment Coordinator

At Lorensen Auto Group, you can expect to work on a team of dedicated employees. Our team works with a collaborative approach and encourages success amongst each of our members. The management team is very hands-on and our General Manager’s door is always open. We invest in our employees and promote from within often.

We are looking for business development coordinators to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle all incoming service call

Work with service advisors and service manager accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle repairs

Provide overview and proper documentation for loaner fleet and loaner agreements

REQUIREMENTS:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivation

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
