Job Description - Service Appointment Coordinator



Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointments, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient office operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:



  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients via phone and email.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, if necessary.

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment details through data entry.

  • Utilize office software and computerized systems to manage schedules effectively.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the office


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent requires.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is highly desirable.

  • Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficient in computerized systems and software.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong typing skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes are essential for success in this role.
