Job Description - Service Appointment Coordinator Full-Time



           Responsibilties:



  • Make service appointments

  •  Ask the client  qualifying questions to uncover needs and directs calls appropriately

  • Ensures that service consultants receive messages promptly

  • Filing Repair Orders

  • Concierge, assuring client guest lounges are neat and fully stocked with beverages and snacks

  • Assisting our Service Appointment Coordinator with tasks


Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Demonstrated customer service skills

  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

  • 6-12 months previous work experience (preferred)

  • Previous industry experience and knowledge of automotive terminology (preferred)
