Your Purpose as a Service Appointment Coordinator: 

  • Responsible for receiving and making calls on behalf of the dealership, determining the nature of their business, and setting appointments regarding the issue. 
  • Answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, and provide basic information to all callers for the Service Department. 
  • Greets service customers and determines the nature of their visit. 
  • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to the Service professional. 
  • Maintains a professional appearance, including following dress code guidelines (which may include company branded shirts) and a neat work area. 
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

  • Flexible Work Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 PM & Saturday 8 am - 3 pm
