Service Assistant (Porter)

Our service assistants are the liaison between the customers and their service experience at Helena Motors. If you are customer-service oriented, love dealing with people and are wanting the opportunity to grow, this is the perfect position for you! We are looking for dependable, service minded, friendly, individuals to join our fast-paced, high-volume, service team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet our customers and provide an exceptional customer experience


• Facilitate the Service Check In process


• Clearing and maintaining flow of traffic in the Service Drive


• Miscellaneous service tasks


• Backup shuttle driver

Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds


• Self-motivated individual and collaborative team player


• Possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
