This role offers the perfect pathway to learn the fundamentals of the service department while building a strong foundation to advance your career as an Automotive Service Advisor.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour; dependent upon experience level 

What you will do:

• Assist Service Writers with daily clerical duties 
• Assist with loaner car contracts 
• Backup reception, valets and cashier clients as needed
• Generate reports for management 
• Other tasks as assigned by the management team

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will:  

• Possess excellent customer service skills 
• Have the ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner, verbally & written
• Possess the ability to prioritize tasks; dependable
• Have intermediate computer skills including Excel 
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid & active driver's license with a clean driving record
