Service BDC Representative Wanted!

Are you energetic, professional, and passionate about providing top-notch customer service? We’re looking for a Service BDC Representative to be the voice of our dealership’s Service Department—connecting with customers, setting appointments, and creating an exceptional experience from the very first call.
Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound service calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
· Schedule service appointments efficiently for customers.
· Update and maintain the customer database with accurate information.
· Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed ones.
· Provide outstanding customer service while building rapport and trust.
· Work closely with Service Advisors and Managers to maximize shop productivity.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
· Basic computer and phone system proficiency.
· Previous BDC, call center, or automotive service experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
· A positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to succeed.
