Description of the role:


The SERVICE BDC at Nielsen Chevrolet is a crucial part of our team, responsible for coordinating communication between service customers and the service department. This role ensures customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining accurate records.


Responsibilities:



  • Answering customer inquiries related to service appointments, pricing, and services offered.

  • Scheduling service appointments and confirming customer details.

  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service is completed.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all service communications and transactions.


Requirements:



  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong communication and organization skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
