Job Posting: Automotive Service Business Development Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time (38-40 hours per week)

Hours of Operation:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm


• Saturdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (rotating shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and schedule inbound service phone calls.


• Make outbound calls to previous service customers to schedule service and warranty appointments.


• Demonstrate strong customer service and phone skills.


• Possess self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and active listening ability.


• Communicate effectively in both positive and negative situations.


• Apply knowledge of telephone, text, and email techniques and etiquette.


• Familiarity with service procedures, processes, and follow-up.


• Deliver a 110% customer experience through active listening and an enthusiastic, professional, and confident attitude.


• Develop an interest in the automotive industry.


• Adapt quickly in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience (an asset, but not required).


• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
