Service BDC

Join our team at Independence Mazda as a Service BDC (Business Development Center) representative in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, assisting with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule service appointments efficiently


• Perform outbound service calls and schedule service appointments efficiently


• Follow up with customers regarding service reminders and vehicle maintenance


• Maintain accurate records in the service database


• Assist the service department with customer inquiries and concerns


• Promote service specials and assist in marketing campaigns


• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills


• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred


• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset


• Valid drivers license
