- Making outbound calls to engage with customers and schedule service appointments
- Scheduling service appointments efficiently and maintaining a detailed record
- Leveraging your outstanding phone skills to communicate effectively and build rapport
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Being detail-oriented and precise in managing customer information and appointment schedules
