*Preferred call center experience
* In charge of active chats, text messages, incoming phone calls, outbound phone calls.
*Strong understanding of performance-based initiatives
*Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and have a solid background in all MS Office products
*Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
*Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to learn new software programs and systems quickly
*Ability to multi-task
*Have time management skills
*High School Diploma or GED is required
