Service BDC Agent

Sunwise Automotive Group is looking for a Service BDC Agent (Business Development Coordinator) to join our growing and expanding team! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for making outbound service calls to book appointments


• Receive inbound service calls and coordinate and confirm schedules of service advisors and service appointments


• Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly


• Identify customer needs or concerns accurately


• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet


• Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction


• Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer


• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership’s standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals


• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries


• Provides administrative assistance as needed


• Performs other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to promptly and accurately enter customer data into the CRM


• Automotive experience a plus


• Must be comfortable with high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily


• Strong computer and internet skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Must be coachable and able to follow specific word tracks


• Customer service, time management, and the ability to multitask are required


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


• Self-motivated, goal oriented, positive team player


• Must be able to sit for long periods of time

COMPENSATION:

The BDC Service Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $22.00. –Hourly Rate depends on experience.
