Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage a dynamic BDC team and assuring adherence to brand and management standards.


• Oversee workflow and coordinate staff schedules to alight with business needs.


• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership


• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs


• Weekend attendance required.  We are closed on Sundays.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.


• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the workday.


• Friendly, competitive personality.


• Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills.


• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills


• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

You will report to the Fixed Operations Director of your respective dealership.

This is not a remote position.
