Service BDC Representative

As a Service BDC Representative at Continental Toyota, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the service department’s daily operations in Hodgkins, IL.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and online chat promptly and professionally.


• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately and efficiently.


• Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely service delivery.


• Follow up with customers regarding service status, recalls, and maintenance reminders.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.


• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.


• Prior experience in automotive service or customer service is a plus.


• Reliable transportation to Hodgkins, IL location.
