Job Summary:

Ingram Interactive is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our team in the automotive industry. As a Service BDC Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Pass pre-employment drug and background tests
