Service BDC Specialist

Description of the role:

As a Service BDC Specialist at McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Pell City, AL, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service through efficient management of service appointments and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms


• Schedule service appointments and maintain the service calendar


• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns


• Coordinate with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely completion of service requests


• Back up Service Advisors as needed


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Prior experience in customer service or administration preferred


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively


• Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology is a plus
