Service Billing & Collections Specialist position is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the Service Departments customer billing and reimbursement issues.

Duties:

• Prepare and send billings daily for service performed.


• Monitors collection efforts by reviewing computer generated A/R report and following up on all accounts where balance are over 60 days. 


• Maintain less than 5% over 90 days .


• Prepares collection reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends .


• Prepares and monitors accounts payment terms.


• Contributes to team effort by maintaining an excellent rapport and working relationship with all customers, and cooperating with other departments .


• Resolves billing issues and customer inquiries .

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.) is required. Be able to communicate accurately and concisely displaying excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
