Position : Service Billing Specialist Location: St. Louis, MO Pay Rang e: $17.00 to $20.00 depending on skill set Job Type : Full-Time Company : CSTK Inc. is an award-winning Authorized Thermo King dealership group providing a complete line of refrigerated transportation products, including parts, service, aftermarket accessories, trailer repair, and technology solutions. In addition, we also provide sales, parts, and service for the top construction equipment brands, horse and livestock trailers, and heavy-duty truck outfitting in our region. Requirements to Apply: Prior customer service work experience to include prior billing/invoicing, scheduling, and working directly with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive and hardworking personality Strong computer skills Good attendance and safety record. Ability to work overtime when required Essential Responsibilities Prior service billing/invoicing experience and scheduling experience preferred. Compile and maintain service reports and records. Review work orders for accuracy and timely enter in service system. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to Customers. Obtain PO's and close completed invoices in timely manner.
