Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who will serve as the trusted voice of our dealership. When customers call about their vehicle, you will often be their first point of contact and play a key role in shaping their experience. The Service Business Development Associate is responsible for handling inbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, supporting customer retention efforts, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through professional and efficient communication. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused team member who enjoys helping people and wants to grow with a dealership group that values both its customers and employees. A warm, professional phone presence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential for success in this role. Customer service, call center, or automotive experience is preferred but not required. Essential Duties:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service appointment inquiries, helping ensure customers are efficiently assisted while minimizing interruptions to service advisors and dealership operations.


• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.


• Communicate with customers through phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels.


• Accurately document customer concerns, appointment details, and communication history within dealership systems.


• Serve as a liaison between customers and the service department.


• Work closely with service personnel to support effective appointment scheduling and capacity management.


• Follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and other customer retention opportunities as directed.


• Assist with customer outreach campaigns and dealership communication initiatives.


• Direct calls and customer inquiries to the appropriate dealership personnel when necessary.


• Maintain accurate customer records and notes.


• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


• Meet established performance goals related to appointment scheduling, customer engagement, and call handling.


• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.


• Other duties may be assigned.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Valid Driver's License
