Business Development Representative – Service BDC The Patrick Dealer Group – Schaumburg, IL

The Patrick Dealer Group is one of Chicago’s largest and oldest automotive groups, representing eight franchises and serving the community for over 100 years. We are seeking a fulltime Business Development Representative to support our service teams.

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Disability & Life Insurance, FSA, 401k with match, employee referral program, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments


• Make outbound calls to generate and confirm appointments


• Follow up with customers and reschedule missed appointments


• Send followup emails and respond to website inquiries


• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text

Qualifications

• Call center or telemarketing experience preferred


• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills


• Organized, selfmotivated, able to multitask


• Comfortable working independently and in a team


• Proficient with Microsoft Word, CRM systems, and data entry

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean record (3+ years)


• Willing to complete background check and drug screen


• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods


• 19 years of age or older
