This role will support White Bear Mitsubishi and Volkswagen of Inver Grove, which is part of the Saint Paul Auto Group. We are looking for enthusiastic people who have a growth-mindset and working in a fun, energetic environment.

Experience:

  Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

  
  

Job Duties:

• 
  

  Answer all inbound phone calls and/or respond to customer inquiries.

  
  


• 
  

  Operate a multi-line phone terminal.

  
  


• 
  

  Make outbound phone calls and/or send responses to customer inquiries.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow prescribed scripts for voice and internet chat interaction with customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow procedures for handling customer contact information.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrate ability to quickly search and reference information from various sources such as: Mitsubishi website, Google, online search engines, or other sources as needed to address customer questions and concerns.

  Set appointments based on internet or voice call lead inquiries.

  
  


• 
  

  Receive frequent feedback and training opportunities on performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Other tasks or duties as determined by your supervisor.
