Service Cashier

We are seeking a Receptionist/Cashier with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. As a cashier, you play a key role in creating or maintaining customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:  

• Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter/leave the service area, directing them to the correct department (check in/out, parts, sales, etc.).


• Money handling – cash, checks, credit/debit, and daily reconciliation of both moneys taken in and the designated cash drawer.


• Scan and file all service documents, keeping up with legal and warranty compliance.


• Work cooperatively with all departments.


• Work with rental vendor, assisting customers with setting up rental vehicle if needed/scheduled.


• Communicate in emails or with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.


• Assist in scheduling appointments.


• Assist in ensuring the waiting area is clean and stocked with fresh coffee and supplies.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Receptionist or Cashier experience.


• Maintains professional appearance.


• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.


• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility/dynamic work environment.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
