Service Cashier/Receptionist

Description of the role:
Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep is looking for a Service Cashier/Receptionist to join our team in Ft Collins, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently


• Answer phone calls and assist service customers


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area


• Assist all departments with administrative duties

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills


• Experience with cash handling and basic computer skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Flexible schedule including Saturdays between the hours of 7:30am - 8:30pm


• Experience with a multi-line phone system


• Excellent attendance and reliability are required
