Greet customers upon arrival for their service appointment
Assist with vehicle check-in and guide customers to our service lounge
Offer coffee, snacks, and answer any questions with a smile
Provide clear and timely updates on the status of their vehicle
Help keep the customer experience organized, professional, and stress-free
