As an Automotive Lot Technician/Porter, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive service experience, from scheduling appointments to coordinating service needs and maintaining communication throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing outstanding support to our customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in scheduling service appointments.


• Act as the liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication of service status and updates.


• Manage service check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.


• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to facilitate timely service completion.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service histories.


• Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction.


• Promote service specials and additional dealership offerings when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.


• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling software is preferred.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or automotive experience is a plus.


• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
