Job Summary:
The Service Concierge plays a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and well-informed throughout their service visit. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, facilitating communication between the customer and service department, and assisting with various hospitality and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers arriving for service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide an exceptional hospitality experience by assisting with check-in, lounge amenities, and regular status updates.
• Escort customers to their vehicles or alternate transportation as needed (e.g., shuttle coordination or valet services).
• Serve as a liaison between customers and Service Advisors to ensure timely updates.
• Monitor the service lounge to ensure cleanliness, refreshments, and comfort.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, (automotive industry preferred but not required).
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, engaging, and detail-oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
